These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DHABO Sudoku, a Sudoku game developed and provided by Teutsch IT Hub LLP under the DHABO product brand.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DHABO Sudoku, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

DHABO Sudoku is a Sudoku puzzle application provided by Teutsch IT Hub LLP.

4. Intellectual Property
DHABO Sudoku, including its software, interface, branding, logos, graphics, artwork, sounds, music, text, design, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Teutsch IT Hub LLP, except for third-party materials and technologies identified as belonging to their respective owners.
The DHABO brand and associated branding are used by Teutsch IT Hub LLP.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or its proprietary content except where permitted by applicable law.
5. Personal Use
DHABO Sudoku is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless Teutsch IT Hub LLP expressly authorizes another use.
You may install and use the App on compatible devices in accordance with the applicable Google Play terms.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App except where permitted by law
- Circumvent security or entitlement mechanisms
- Attempt to obtain Premium features without authorization
- Use automated systems to interfere with the App
- Redistribute or commercially exploit the App without permission
- Misuse third-party services integrated into the App
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
7. Advertisements
The free version of DHABO Sudoku may display advertisements provided through third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Advertisement availability, format, and frequency may change.
Teutsch IT Hub LLP does not control the content of third-party advertisements.
Users should evaluate third-party products and services independently before making purchases or taking other actions based on advertisements.
8. DHABO Sudoku Premium
DHABO Sudoku may offer a Premium version or Premium features.

The available features and price may change.
The current purchase price displayed through Google Play at the time of purchase will apply.
9. Payments and Purchases
Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or another officially supported purchasing mechanism displayed by the App.
Teutsch IT Hub LLP does not directly collect or store your payment card or banking credentials through the App.
Purchases are subject to the applicable Google Play terms, payment policies, refund policies, and purchasing rules.
10. Refunds
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled according to the applicable Google Play refund policies and procedures.
Teutsch IT Hub LLP may assist with purchase-related issues where appropriate but does not control Google's payment or refund decisions.

Offline availability does not guarantee that every App feature will operate without network access.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teutsch IT Hub LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from or related to your use of the App, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
